We Design and built most major components and complete all finishing and testing process in our facility. With astringent quality assurance standard and being a fully integrated fabricator, we have flexibility to manufacture a wide range of standard, such as ASME, PED, Our competency also allow you to have flexibility in customizing your tanks and process, base on your requirements more efficiently while maintaining the highest quality, starting from design stage, after order is received, through fabrication and preparing packaging for secure delivery.

Metal Material
Stainless steel shall be SA 240 GR 304,- 304L, -316, 316 L,- 316 Ti series or corresponding types. Where it can be demonstrated that specific function requirements exist, other types of stainless steel may be acceptable clean ability and resistance to corrosion.

Non metal material
The material shall comply with requirements given by: FDA- Food and Drug Administration, US or Germany.
Other material like rubber same requirements as above as well as for grease, adhesives materials
Carbon or Ceramic must be non porosity,- toxic,- absorbent, insoluble, scratching free, scoring and distortion when exposed to the conditions encountered in the environment of intended use and in cleaning and bacterial treatment.

Silo Tank

Anugerah Indostainless Rekayasa manufactures and supplies both double-shell insulated Stainless Steel Storage Tanks with cooling/heating jackets and single wall tanks without insulation and jacket. These stainless steel Silo tanks work for water and are manufactured to be sanitary so they can be used in liquid food, and beverage fields.

All of our stainless steel water tanks are constructed with either 304 stainless steel or 316L stainless steel for more corrosion resistance, depending on the application.

MIXING PROCESS

Road Tanker

As a land transportation mode that uses trucks, to be able to deliver or collect raw materials or finished products such as milk, water and other products, Anugerah produces these tanks using stainless steel 304,304L, 316,316L and is capable of producing a capacity of 2,000 liter – 40,000 Liter.

Balance Tank

Movable Tank

Movable Tank is used when no automatic filling system is available which moves the final product into the packaging area. The Transfer Tanks are designed with ergonomics and very easy for manual operation and cleaning.

Pressure Vessel & Mixing Process

Anugerah Indostainless Rekayasa manufactures and supplies Mixing Vessel are available in a wide variety of shapes, including vertical, round, horizontal with hinged lid, tori spherical head, slant bottom, cone bottom, and dish bottom. The tank transition sections use circular arc transition, which means there are no dead corners, making it easier to clean. We offer both single-wall or jacketed mixing tanks to allow heating or cooling. Agitation specifications are based upon customer request. Our stainless steel mixing tanks are designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with Depnaker, PED and ASME standard.
